If you are an end-customer who received a WhatsApp reminder from a local business powered by Repdo, or if you are a business owner wishing to permanently delete your store records, this page outlines how to exercise your right to erasure.

If you simply wish to stop receiving reminders immediately, you do not need to fill out a formal application.

Full Data Erasure Request (Permanent Purge)

To have your telephone number, name, and reminder interaction history permanently wiped from all Repdo databases and system backup logs, submit a deletion request through any of the following channels:

Method 1: Email Request

Send an email to hello@repdo.in with the subject line "DPDP Data Deletion Request". Please include:

• Your WhatsApp Phone Number (with +91 country code).
• The name of the store or pharmacy that sent you reminders (if known).
• A simple statement: "I request the permanent deletion and erasure of all my personal data from Repdo systems."

Method 2: WhatsApp Concierge Request

Message our privacy team directly on WhatsApp at +91 XXXXXXXXXX.

For Store & Business Owners

If you are a registered business owner closing your Repdo account:

• You can export your complete customer and reminder history in CSV format before requesting closure.
• Upon written request to hello@repdo.in, we will terminate the account and purge all customer reminder records associated with your business.
• Statutory Tax Exception: As required under Indian tax and accounting regulations (GST rules), tax invoices, billing amounts, and company entity details will be maintained for the mandatory statutory period (up to 7 years) solely for accounting audit purposes. Customer reminder logs are not subject to this retention and are fully expunged.
